There have been a total of 20 users to this blog with 89 sessions and 343 page views. The average session on the blog has been for 1 minute and 56 seconds. The blog initially set out with 3 users from feb 2nd to fed 8th. By the third week of february the number of users went up to 6 and in the fourth week the number of users where 14. The Blog has had 261 unique page views and the an average of 41 seconds spent on a page with a bounce and exit rate of 43.96% and 26.45% respectively. Out of the total visitors to the blog, 41.9% of the users are returning visitors.  The highest number of visitors or users to the blog are aged between 25-34 which constitutes 33.50% of the total users. This is followed by 27.50% of the users aged between 18-24. People aged above 55 constitute a total of 11% of the visitors to the blog.  Out of the total users, 54.15% are male and 45.85% are female. Big data is a term used to describe a huge collection of data which grows exponentially with time. Such data is so large and complex that traditional data management tools arent able to store and process it efficiently. Few examples of Big Data  1. The New York Stock Exchange generates nearly one terabyte of new trade data per day. 2. Facebook gets 500+ terabytes of new data ingested into their database everyday. Those data are mainly generated in terms of images, videos uploads, messages and comments. 3. A jet engine can generate 10+ terabytes  of data during a flight time of just 30 minutes. With thousands of flights per day, the generation of data goes upto many petabytes.
